David J. Moore has served as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for D&E Communications since July of 2007. Mr. Moore is responsible for setting D&E’s product strategy, delivering new products and services, marketing communications, public relations and helping to set D&E corporate strategy. He brings over 20 years of proven accomplishments leading and supporting all aspects of new product introduction within the global telecommunications markets of Voice Over IP (VoIP) and 2.5/3G/4G wireless & multimedia applications. Prior to coming to D&E he was responsible for Advanced Applications with Intervoice in Dallas supporting global wireless customers. Additionally, he worked at Nortel Networks for 10 years in various senior positions leading Product Marketing teams in the Enterprise and Carrier Managed Services market places. Locally, Mr. Moore is a member of the Harrisburg Universities Advisory Board, to help emphasize the importance of technology skills in todays’ work force.
