As CMO for LGR Telecommunications Inc, Paul Hartley is responsible for the global marketing and sales strategies of the organization, with a specific focus on the development of end-to-end subscriber-focused solutions and services.
In particular, Hartley leads the group responsible for pioneering the advanced Customer Experience modules within LGR’s carrier-grade Data Warehouse and BI systems. Focused on using sophisticated data mining and predictive analytics with highly granular, real-time usage data (e.g. CDRs, network probes etc.), LGR’s Customer Experience modules include on network experience, device experience, churn prediction/mitigation, social network analysis, customer retention, competitor analysis, campaign management and loyalty, point-of-service dashboards and more.
Hartley graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelors degree in Business Science and a Post-Graduate degree in Strategic Marketing. Following a distinguished track record in IT and Telecoms marketing in the United Kingdom and South Africa, Hartley now resides in Atlanta, GA.
