Kelly Owens St. Julian - Vice President of Customer Management, Boost Mobile
As Vice President of Customer Management, Kelly Owens St. Julian leads Boost Mobile's efforts to improve the customer experience across all touch points. In her role, Owens St. Julian manages churn reduction, customer lifetime value, account replenishment operations and delivery of care to Boost Mobile's customers. Owens St. Julian has experience working in both the United States and abroad designing and implementing growth strategies in the telecommunications, consumer products and financial industries. Prior to joining Boost Mobile, Owens St. Julian consulted Fortune 500 and start-up organizations on enterprise transformation and growth strategies. For 10 years she worked in Central and South America conducting audits and launching businesses, primarily in the telecommunications industry. Her experience with customer management led to her specialization in the areas of customer experience and growth strategy. Owens St. Julian holds a degree in accounting from Mississippi State University. A native of Texas, she now resides in Orange County, Calif.
