John Chapman serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing for PAETEC. In this role he oversees corporate strategy, marketing, product management/development, and corporate training as well as managing several business units. He has directed all the strategic efforts for Marketing Communications, Internal Communications, Corporate Website, Customer Advisory Boards, Trade Shows/Events, Public Relations, Social Media, Demand Generations, Voice of the Customer Programs, Customer Portals and Telesales.

Under his leadership as Vice President of Product Development at PAETEC, the company received numerous accolades and awards, including Most Innovative Product for SIP Trunking by Telephony Magazine, the IP Innovator Award from Cisco, and named Most Innovative Competitive Carrier by New Paradigm Resources Group. Mr.Chapman brings over 30 years of experience in a number of increasingly responsible Telecommunications and IT positions, from leading marketing, product management and product development, to equipment, voice, data and value added services.

Mr. Chapman earned his bachelor's degree from Long Island University, and Masters degree from Chapman University in California and serves on the board at Literacy Volunteers of Rochester.
