Robert Kämper - Senior Vice President Marketing Operations T-Home, Deutsche Telekom
As Senior Vice President of Marketing Operations at T-Home (Deutsche Telekom AG), Robert Kämper is responsible for the cost management of the division, the CMO's operating office, all operational topics within marketing, for directing the organization in order to meet agreed targets (Key Performance Indicators) as well as automating marketing workflows. He drives the continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of allocated resources.

Previously, he acted as Chief of Staff for the CMO and worked within the Marketing Coordination & Steering department of Europe's biggest Internet Service Provider, T-Online, where he was responsible for Group wide online marketing projects and cooperations. Prior to that Mr. Kämper worked as a management trainee in a bank (corporate development, advertising and formation of an online broker).

Robert holds a double degree in international business studies from the University of Applied Sciences Dortmund and the ESSEC Business School (Paris, France). He has also completed executive business programs at ESMT, Berlin.
